I messaged Kyle with an idea of wanting to go to Mexico but didn't have an exact location. He listened to what we were wanting out of our vacation and helped us pick Playa Del Carmen. Kyle was there to help with all my questions, and I didn't make it easy on him too (I ask lots of questions). I wanted to book some excursions beforehand and he helped with that process along with finding some unique options too. When we had some problems as the airport, he was available to help us over the phone and with calling the transfer company. The vacation overall couldn't have went better and I highly recommend Kyle for your travel vacations!
